Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Washington State University Spring Gear Swap. We are currently taking registrations for the 2008 Swap. Click here to register on-line.
FEES
Vendors
Vendors will be charged a flat rate of $100.00 plus 12% of all sales. For those who do not wish to pay the $100.00 flat rate, a fee of $0.75 per saleable item plus 16% of gross revenue will be charged. For those who wish to offer a workshop at the Swap, a $50.00 waiver will be granted upon submission and acceptance of a proposal. University Recreation will handle all sales tax issues and remit tax to the State of Washington. Sales tax will be charged to the customer in addition to the marked price; this is included in the 12% fee. Checks will be issued during the event takedown.
Non-selling Organizations
Organizations not selling equipment may reserve table space for a flat rate of $50.00 per table. For those who wish to offer a workshop at the Swap, a $50.00 waiver will be granted upon submission and acceptance of a proposal.
RESTICTIONS
The organizers reserve the right to refuse any equipment for sale that is obviously damaged or in an unsafe condition. All outdoor gear and sporting equipment in good condition are acceptable for sale items. Vendors assume responsibility for condition and safety of items supplied. All sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
